We also use our in house design team to develop a product that matches your requirements. These designs are also fully engineered and provided with packages to ensure ease of construction in compliance with industry and building codes. New Wave Housing monitors construction of products to meet BSA requirements and ensures the majority of materials are built from Australian, sustainable and recyclable products.

Our intelligent building designs allows for quicker construction times meaning you can be living in your new home sooner than expected. Our designs can be applied to any size block of land.
